SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Yaoundé, Cameroon
Sector: Agro-Alimentary and Distribution
Position: Sales Agent

JOB PURPOSE :

• Coordinate sales administration from order processing to invoicing, payment follow-up and sales reporting. Main Responsibilities Enter and process customer orders and monitor deliveries and payment status.
• Convert delivery notes into invoices and record customer payment deadlines accurately.
• Handle order enquiries, product returns and customer complaints. Follow up unpaid invoices and coordinate collection plans with sales teams and Accounting.
• Prepare sales reports, customer balance statements and payment schedule tracking.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and logistics, and monitor sales team activities and performance.
• Maintain sales records, archive invoices and propose improvements to sales monitoring tools.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

• A minimum bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales administration, order processing, invoicing, or customer account follow-up.
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer-service skills.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and professionally presentable. Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and accounting teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales, invoicing, or ERP software.
• Bilingual (English & French) preferred
