JOB SUMMARY

ENSKY SOLAR is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Officer to oversee the company's accounting and financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen financial management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records using ZOHO.
• Review accounting entries, supporting documents and general ledger records.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and statements.
• Manage tax declarations, statutory payments and invoice processing.
• Monitor cash flow, conduct cash counts and perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including customer collections and supplier payments.
• Monitor intercompany transactions and reconcile financial balances.
• Maintain fixed asset records and coordinate periodic inventory checks.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing and archiving of financial records.
• Liaise with Management, the Commercial, Procurement and Finance teams to ensure effective financial operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Significant experience in accounting and financial management.
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory position, with proven team leadership experience, is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Practical experience with ZOHO Books/Finance is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and organisational skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
