DIGITALIZATION MANAGER (Group)
Missions / Responsibilities
- Develop the CREATIV GROUP digital roadmap.
- Identify technological needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Manage digital projects in conjunction with the relevant departments.
- Design and implement CRM and ERP solutions for customer, sales and project tracking.
- Implement the LMS platform (e-learning, online certification, learner monitoring).
- Oversee integration between different tools to ensure interoperability.
- Identify repetitive processes and implement automation solutions (emailing, reporting, document management, etc.).
- Improve operational efficiency through high-performance digital tools (ZOOM, AI, etc.)
- Train teams in the use of digital tools.
- Create user guides and internal procedures.
- Provide functional maintenance and first-level technical support.
- Implement data security and backup policies .
- Coordinate outsourced digital projects with external partners

Profile / Training

- Master degree in information systems, computer engineering, digital transformation, telecommunications, technology management or any equivalent diploma.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (digital transformation, IT project manager, CRM/ERP consultant, data analyst, LMS administrator, etc.).
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP solutions (Odoo, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, etc.).
Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.).
-Good knowledge of process automation, cloud computing and data security.
-Skills in digital project management and data management.
-Strategic vision and results orientation.
-Analytical skills and innovative spirit.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI, Canva, Zoom tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication in French and English.
