Internal Control Framework & Policy Mapping\n\nDesign, implement, and update internal control policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks.\nPerform regular evaluations of business processes (Procurement, Sales, Finance, HR, Inventory) to identify control gaps, operational risks, and inefficiencies.\nMap operational risk matrixes and establish key risk indicators (KRIs) across all departments.\n2. Auditing, Testing & Compliance Verification\n\nPlan and execute internal audit assignments across operations, accounting, inventory, and supply chain.\nVerify compliance with internal rules, company policies, OHADA accounting standards, and local legal\u002Fregulatory requirements in Cameroon.\nConduct inventory stock counts, fixed asset verifications, and financial reconciliations on a periodic and unannounced basis.\nEnsure proper authorization channels, segregation of duties, and approval workflows for all financial transactions and procurement activities.\n3.
