The role is responsible for delivering sustainable cost efficiencies, ensuring uninterrupted supply, meeting regulatory requirements and creating measurable business value through strong financial stewardship and performance analytics.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and execute the integrated Supply Chain Management and Finance strategy for MTN Cameroon.\nLead demand and supply planning processes to optimise inventory levels and service performance.\nDrive sourcing initiatives that achieve cost reductions while maintaining quality and compliance.\nOversee supplier performance management, governance frameworks and risk mitigation activities.\nEnsure regulatory compliance across all sourcing and supply chain operations.\nCollaborate with finance to integrate budgeting, forecasting and cost‑to‑serve analyses.\nImplement continuous improvement programs using data‑driven insights and KPI monitoring.\nManage cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver seamless fulfilment.\nReport on supply chain financial performance, cost savings and value creation to senior leadership.\nChampion sustainability and corporate social responsibility within the supply chain function.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.\nMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, sourcing and finance within a large telecom or similar industry.\nProven track record of delivering cost efficiencies and supply continuity at a senior managerial level.\nStrong knowledge of Group SCM policies, regulatory environments and best‑practice governance.\nExcellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic financial decisions.\nDemonstrated leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and external partners.\nAdvanced proficiency in ERP (e.g., SAP) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership.\nProfessional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, or CPA are advantageous.\nFluency in English and French, with strong written and verbal abilities.\nAbout Us\nWe are a purpose and value-led organization.\n\nAt MTN, we believe that understanding our people’s needs and aspirations is key to creating experiences that delight you at work, every day.
