Job Vacancy: Marketing & Field Sales Specialist - Kimpa

Kimpa is seeking a dynamic *Marketing & Field Sales specialist with strong communication skills, proven

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, engage, and convert new prospects through in-person field sales activities.
* Present products/services with clarity, confidence, and persuasive communication.
* Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive demand.
* Conduct product demonstrations, events, and customer engagements in targeted field locations.
* Build strong, long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support where needed.
* Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform marketing
initiatives.
* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
* Proven field sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to confidently convince prospects and close deals face-to-face.
* Strong marketing understanding, able to translate value propositions into compelling messages.
* Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
* Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
