As part of strengthening its teams for the September–December 2026 period, WETECH is recruiting:\n\nan Operations Manager\u002FOfficer, responsible for monitoring and managing WETECH’s operations, its projects, and its coworking space.\n\nContext and Purpose of the Position\nReporting to WETECH’s Management, the Operations Manager\u002FOfficer ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the organization. He\u002Fshe oversees coordination of teams and activities, operational follow-up of projects, and the administrative and logistical management of WETECH’s coworking space.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\nManagement of WETECH’s Operations\nSupervise and coordinate the organization’s day-to-day operations (administration, logistics, routine human resources);\nDevelop, update, and enforce internal operating procedures;\nServe as the interface between Management, project teams, and service providers\u002Fpartners;\nContribute to the strategic and operational planning of WETECH’s activities.\nProject Monitoring and Management\nEnsure operational follow-up of projects: planning, deliverables, deadlines;\nCoordinate project teams and ensure compliance with timelines and contractual commitments to donors;\nProduce activity and monitoring reports (internal and for technical and financial partners);\nIdentify operational risks and propose corrective measures.\nManagement of the Coworking Space\nEnsure day-to-day management of the coworking space: member reception, space bookings, enforcement of house rules;\nOversee maintenance, supplies, and the proper condition of equipment and facilities;\nDevelop and animate the community of members and users of the space (events, workshops, networking);\nEnsure administrative and financial follow-up related to use of the space (memberships, invoicing).\nCoordination and Reporting\nEnsure cross-functional coordination between WETECH’s different units;\nProduce dashboards and operational performance indicators;\nParticipate in coordination meetings and report regularly to Management;\nSupport Management in any other task related to the smooth running of the organization.\nRequired Profile\nEducation\n\nAt least a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3).\n\nExperience\n\nAt least 3 years of professional experience in operations management, project management, or team coordination;\nExperience in the non-profit or entrepreneurship sector, business incubation, or with internationally donor-funded projects is an asset;\nExperience managing shared workspaces (coworking) is desirable.\nTechnical Skills\n\nProficiency in project management tools and standard office software (Excel, Word, collaborative tools);\nStrong planning, organizational, and reporting skills;\nKnowledge of administrative and financial project management procedures;\nStrong command of French, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is an asset.\nPersonal Qualities\n\nHighly organized, rigorous, and autonomous;\nLeadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams;\nExcellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of hospitality;\nAbility to manage priorities and work under pressure;\nIntegrity, discretion, and commitment to WETECH’s values in support of women’s entrepreneurship.\nHow to Apply\nInterested candidates who meet the above criteria are invited to submit an application including:\n\na cover letter addressed to WETECH Management;\nan up-to-date curriculum vitae (CV), with at least two professional references;\nApplications should be sent to: contact@we-tech.org, with the position title clearly stated in the subject line.\n\nApplication deadline: 11 September 2026.
