Job Offer Location: Douala TREASURY ANALYST (M/W) Finance Direction

MISSIONS: Ensure the management and optimization of treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, financing analysis, and treasury reporting across multiple entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consolidate multi-entity cash/bank positions, debt profiles, interest yields, and working capital schedules.
• Analysis of financing costs, liquidity, working capital, free cashflow forecast, exposure, inter-group fund movement, sensitivity analysis, receivable & payable analysis set.
• Act as the bridge between Group Treasury and internal departments (Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting & Finance MIS) to track commitments and gather rolling forecast inputs.
• Follow up systematically with business units to resolve data gaps and ensure timely submission of treasury reporting inputs.
• Maintain and optimize group cash flow forecast models, debt amortization schedules.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Training: minimum of Bachelor degree in Corporate Finance or any equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 4–8 years of experience in corporate finance, group treasury, or audit within a manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-entity corporate environment.
• Certification: Professional qualification ACCA.
• Efficient in SAP S/4HANA and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving.
• Bilingual: English (Professional Proficiency) and French.
