Dedicated to developing the skills and performance of young graduates, LA REGIONALE-YIP 2025-2026 is a structured program designed to meet its need to strengthen its teams with trained, supported, and committed talent to sustain its performance and long-term viability.

LA REGIONALE-YIP 2025-2026 offers young graduates aged 35 or under an integration pathway alternating between training, mentoring, and field experience to enhance their skill development and foster their long-term commitment to the company.
