The selected supplier shall provide genuine, high-quality\nproducts that meet the required technical specifications, warranty requirements, and delivery timelines while\ndemonstrating the capacity to provide after-sales support and all relevant product documentation. Proposal Submission Requirements\nSuppliers shall submit a complete proposal that includes the following:\n• Valid and up-to-date administrative and legal documentation, including business registration and\napplicable tax compliance documents.\n• A detailed and signed Proforma Invoice indicating unit prices, quantities, total cost, applicable\n\ntaxes, and any other associated charges.\n• Manufacturer's warranty information for the proposed equipment, including warranty period and\ncoverage details.\n• Written acceptance of FHI 360's payment terms, namely payment by bank transfer within thirty\n(30) days following satisfactory delivery of the goods and receipt of a valid invoice.\n• Confirmation of product availability and a proposed delivery schedule, indicating the lead time\nfrom receipt of Purchase Order (PO) to final delivery.\n5. Evaluation and award methodology\nEvaluation of quotations will be conducted in a fair, transparent, competitive, and documented manner in\naccordance with FHI 360 procurement procedures.
