Position: Projects and Grants Manager

Location: Douala (with field travel)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead resource mobilisation, donor relations, and implementation of funded projects. The PG Manager will ensure high quality proposal development, strong partnerships, and effective execution of our programmes in line with donor requirements and organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify funding opportunities and lead proposal writing.

• Manage donor relations and ensure timely reporting.

• Oversee planning, budgeting, and implementation of all projects.

• Ensure compliance with donor rules and organisational standards.

• Coordinate field teams and ensure results based delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 5 years’ NGO/project management experience.

• Strong skills in fundraising, proposal writing, and donor engagement.

• Experience with M&E frameworks and financial compliance.

• Excellent English and French communication skills.
